Hello & Welcome to TeamB4Self.com

My name is Michael Enz and I am your host.

Thank you for taking time from your busy schedule to visit with me today.

As my website continues to be a “work in progress” it will undergo periodic changes for updates and additional information from time to time so please visit often.

I hope you find this site both informative and enjoyable.

In short, the site title reflects the values I have been taught and the coaching I have received throughout my lifetime.  It also provides insight on lessons I have learned and what I sincerely believe.

“Unselfish commitment and true player dedication are the foundation of a successful Team”.

It is my intent and desire, to play college soccer in a program where I can make a positive difference and be a contributing factor as I continue my education.  If my skill set, attributes and background are a good fit for the Coaches, Team and School, I am confident that mutual positive results will be achieved.

* I have thoroughly enjoyed the camaraderie and experiences I have had at Bluefield College over the last 3 years.  It is with mixed emotions that I depart and move forward to pursue my higher education goals.
I sincerely treasure the time spent with my Teammates and Coaches along with the memories of what we were able to accomplish as a TEAM.  I wish all the best for everyone.

                       ________________________________________________

* Re-joining my Teammates and returning to the field of play for the 2018 soccer season is an exiting time for me.  I am truly thankful to Dr. Eastwood, the Bluefield College Training Staff, Natalie and the Staff at Tidewater Physical Therapy for getting me back to 100%.  I would also like to thank my Teammates and Family for all of their support during my recovery.
Now it’s time to Play the Game“!
                               ________________________________________________

* My 2017 “red shirt” sophomore season has been a time for reflection, rebuilding and preparation as I continue my education at Bluefield College.  My recovery from ACL surgery last April has kept me sidelined this fall but hard work and diligence have enabled me to progress quickly.  I look forward to the future with great anticipation and the day I re-join my Teammates on the field of play.
_____________________________________

* In my freshman year at Bluefield College during the 2016 fall soccer season, there were many great moments we shared as a Team.  The 2016 Men’s Soccer Team was noted as one of the most successful in program history.  Our subsequent participation and designation as the number 3 seed in the NCCAA Division I National Championship Tournament is definitely a highlight that we will not soon forget.  We ended our 2016 fall season with a national ranking of 6th in Division I of the NCCAA.

Soccer players are no different than that which has been carefully sculpted over time.  Some, are molded from clay and others have been chiseled from stone.

Concealed in stone,
the competitor has always been there.
Through hard work, time and patience,
the character of the  solid athlete within will eventually be revealed!
